ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $100.00 get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. PT) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
Most packages arrive within 3 - 10 business days. Tracking information is automatically emailed to customer once shipped. Packages are mailed from Fayetteville, NC. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 days. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen. If the shipping address is different from the address provided through checkout, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after payment.
When an order is valued at $150 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
Countries to which we ship internationally: We currently ship international orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the following business day. Cost is based on weight and destination.
Customs & Duties:
Aryanna's Allure does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Aryanna''s Allure does not pay these fees.

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product.
Based on the damages:
A ) We will send a pre-paid return authorization label to allow you to return the item(s) back to us within 3 days of receiving the pre-paid label. Once received, we will fix the item and mail it back to you free of charge.
B ) Or, based on the damage shown in the picture, we will send a replacement of the damaged item if it is still available. If the item is not available we will issue a store credit of the amount paid.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are FINAL sale.
Returns: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 5 days of the delivery of your product. After which, you have an additional 3 days to physically return the item(s) back and provide us the tracking number for a store credit ONLY. After 5 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and returned to sender.

NON-Returnable Items: Beauty Products (Lipstick, Lipgloss and Glitter). Please note that if the items are returned we will not be able to swap them or provide store credit.
